Our tech is John Wardlaw and he is the best all around person. He is always here when he says he will be here. If ever held up at another call prior to us, he calls me and lets me know. If our issue is a simple fix like jams- he suggests things for me to try and sometimes that fixes it which is very proactive of him. He is very knowledgeable of the products and very fast at fixing issues. John has always been professional while at the police department with everyone. We love John and hope you know he is a great asset to UBEO.
