Mr. Tracy Huntsberger, Sr. Help Desk Technician was very knowledgeable, professional and excelled in problem resolution strategies. There were a couple of times he could not access a particular screen because our IT Department has taken precautions to avoid scammers from accessing and/or tampering with our computers. But Mr. Tracy's efficiently resolved my problem and took the time to set my printer up to print pages on one-side, instead of front and back. This was a problem I had not thought about until he opened the screen to jar my memory and then treated the problem with kindness and resolution as with my original problem. Most of all, not only is he sharp, but quick....
