Although we had a very unusual problem with our copier, Doug was tenacious. He worked to get the copier working again and also took the time to answer my questions. He was very thorough and ran multiple tests to make sure the problem was fixed. Doug also took time to show me some features on the copier that I didn’t even know about. Doug’s friendly personality, knowledge and willingness to study up on the problem, and care to make sure I had all my questions answered is why I give Ray Morgan a high rating.
