Service tech was very friendly, got right to work, and explained it to me in detailed. He was able to show me preventive measures I can take and what to look for. I was very happy that he came in a timely manner and helped me with the problem. Very professional.

Brady got right in touch with me after I called in. Came out to inspect printheads. Ordered a new set and got them installed as soon as they got here. Fixed our issue.
