Craig was soo nice. When I first called him and then he gave me the actual number to call to request the service he was so nice on explaining the process. The woman I spoke with.... OMG she was just the nicest, especially because I had our account # wrong, she was able to find the correct # for me and gave it to me, she was just so nice and helpful AND SHE LOVES DOGS like our entire office :)
