There was a technician in my office the same day my copier went down. He got my copier to a working condition that day, but still had to order a part. When the part came in, him and another technician came in to get the job done. Despite the small working quarters in my office these gentlemen were efficient and seamless and I was still able to conduct business the entire time they were there.
