The service tech was available the same day. We were not expecting for him to be available until the next day. So we were very happy. He fixed our printer and was very kind and efficient.

Customer is service is always top notch! Our technician (Barry) always listens to our issues, offers the best solution, and educates us on what causes the issue and what to do to try to avoid any future issues. Our last serv ice call was not resovled with one visit as parts needed to be ordered, this was out of the technician's control.
