The response time was great, the service technician was courteous and explained everything that he was doing. The work was done quickly and effectively.

We have our technician DON available at all times via text and he is a brilliant asset to UBEO, previous company as well for past five years. Don is highly skilled and perfect with his diagnostic abilities to quickly recognize the machine issues no matter if it is our 12-year old giant plotter or the copy machines. he is great.
