Whenever there is a problem we are helped in a timely manner! The technician is the same guy every time Hector Cera he is very kind patient and helpful. He always get the job done quickly and clearly communicates to me what the problem and how he fixed it and how i can better use the machine or prevent another issue like the one we had! We are very lucky to have such a helpful tech.
