Staring with my first encounter, looking for a copier every one was so professional and very informative about the services and equipment. I might have has 2 tech's out since I have had the copier, I have had the machine for about 3-4 years, and works very efficient and so do the employees.

The help desk personal are always friendly and professional. They listen and try to help solve the problem. The technicians are always very knowledgeable and explain what the problem was and what they did to fix it.

Fast, friendly, and professional. They listen, respond, and repair quickly.

My technician was Suzie, and she is always professional, but kind. She explains the problem, gives suggestions of ways to maybe avoid the same thing from happening again, I believe she is very knowledgeable, and she explains things in a level you can understand. We have been very satisfied with this technician.

How quickly the response was and how they were able to solve my issue very quickly

Wil has been our technician for many years. He is always very pleasant and helpful. Explains what was wrong and what he did.

David B. was our onsite technician. He was fantastic. Gold star to David.

Our service tech is Will and he is Awesome!!!!

Communication through out the entire process of upgrading our machines was greatly appreciated and consistent. We were given advance notice of when the delivery would occur and what timeframe they would be expected to arrive. Items were delivered within the earlier part of that given time frame. Printers were setup and ready to use right away and there was very little to no downtime without a printer during the swap.

Very prompt and professional. Got the job done in a timely matter.
