I have had several printer service companies come to offer their services to us and my reply is the same to all of them..."You dont have Jeff, im not interested". And the funny thing is that over time you would figure that sometimes you would not get an answer, or the service was not as good... NAH... EVERYTIME, hes on POINT!.
