I've found your sales staff to be very supportive, proactive, professional and not pushy. They seem to take a genuine interest in the needs of the client. Support operations and staff are equally professional and responsive. I called the number on the printer, received a call back shortly thereafter, and a technician was dispatched within 30 minutes. It helped complete an important printing press deadline that day and the efforts of all were greatly appreciated. Specifically, Loren, the technician who came out is super knowledgeable about our systems and he always has great advice on care and use.
