I wrote down the service technician's name so that I could praise him specifically. Unfortunately, I cannot find it now. However, he did a fantastic job, communicated well, was professional and courteous, kept me informed through what appeared to be a challenging fix, fixed the problem the first time, and gave great follow-up instructions. He was terrific.
