A technician came within two days (would have been one if it weren't for the weather). Dan was prompt, courteous, and he dealt with our problem very efficiently. I've always been very pleased with the service given over the 9 years that we have had our copier.

I haven't used it much but when I have the response has been quick and thorough- totally opposite of our previous copier company. Your technicians are friendly and helpful. They show me the parts they've replaced, explain why they've replaced them and have reassured me that so far, none of the problems we've had are my fault :-)
