The customer service person who triaged my call was nice and helped me update the contact person on our account. The technician was at our door in less than 30 minutes. He took time to thoroughly explain what his assessment on our equipment was and he let me know he was corrected. I have never had a technician go over our equipment and in detail then explain to me how to correct it should the problem arise again. Otherwise he suggested I call him back out. 24 hrs later and no problem.
