Derek B. is not only very experienced and a good "teacher" about using and caring for the equipment! Appreciate knowing what to do!

Doug is always helpful and professional. He responds quickly and works until he fixes whatever we need!

Whenever we have a problem, they remedy it very quickly so that we are not down a copier/scanner for the day. We would get way behind if that happened. Yesterday the toner was out and the cartridge left here when we received the copier was not the correct fit. We were able to pick up the correct one from their office immediately. Solved the problem right away. Thanks UBEO!!!
