Consistancy of service, not a turnover of field technicians, so a rapore and trust can be established. Very important to my choice of businesses and how limited funds are spent.

Our technician had to be dispatched out of Paradise due to living in the mountains. He responded to my call within 10 minutes of calling, and arrived when he said he would. He was very nice and professional. We all felt bad that he drove an hour and one half to pull a tiny crumpled piece of paper out from the machine, which took no time at all. He cleaned the machine and off he went. Thank you Charles!!
