I was extremely impressed with the fast response time from UBEO concerning the issues with my Kyocera copier. I received a call from the dispatcher within an hour, and the service technician then called me shortly thereafter to confirm an afternoon appointment. The service tech continually updated me via text messaging with his estimated arrival time. When the tech arrived, he was extremely courteous and personable. He replaced a defective part on my copier and showed me some things that I could setup in my printer software that would enable the copier to enhance the quality of my printouts. Overall, I will have to say that I was the most impressed by not only the service technician's professionalism, but by his helpful nature going beyond just the servicing of my copier.
