We provide IT support for McClellan Business Park and tend to prioritize their environment and it's refreshing to have another support vendor that does as well. The only slight "hiccup", if you can even call it that, was our repair technician was intending to return to MBP's main office around 3:00 p.m. on Friday 3/20 to fix the issue, but notified me via email that he was sick and had to head home early. Nothing against them whatsoever, I was glad to have had the follow through from James. James was here first thing Monday morning though and got the Fiery server fixed and their marketing copier working, so wanted to give him direct praise for his hard work.

Jose is on the person that services our equipment. He is the BEST always on time, does a great job and is very personable.
