Well done. I cannot say I would recommend UBEO to a friend because my friends don't need the services that UBEO provides, though to a colleague or someone in the field of IT I would highly recommend UBEO.

Both machines had very small issues that didn't require a lot of time. We feel fortunate that our (3) machines have, for the most part, run w/o any issues since we've had them.

Technicians are friendly and funny. Always good time with them even if my machine is down :)

Zack, Roger, Dana & all of the techs are always so fast in coming to the rescue. Quick, efficient, I'm always kept in the loop of what's going on, what the issue was, how they are taking care of the problem & they always hang around for a bit to make sure everything is running smoothly. On top of being great tech's they are also all very friendly and fun to talk to while they work on my machines. I say everything about UBEO is a A+ for sure. Person answers the phone every time I call for service. Service technician contacts me within an hour, arrives when they say they will, fixes issue & checks in with me before they leave.
