AL is absolutely the best! He understands our office configuration and looks at the forest, not just one tree. I've had others that don't understand how our computers work with the printer, and cannot get the issue resolved like AL can. He is the only one I prefer to have working on my computers - truly does everything he can to solve any issue we have!
