UBEO is always fast on a response with any issues. Especially when one of our copy machines is either down or needs toner or anything.

Everything was on point. I loved how I was able to track their ETA too.

Always prompt, and usually solves issue on first visit.

Very happy an onsite technician came to our office to fix the issue. We are old school and prefer when a person comes in the office and addresses the issues we have.

While the initial technician’s inexperience with Lexmark was a minor concern, the fact that he acknowledged it and brought in a more experienced person made a big difference. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and the professionalism of the team.
