My experience with Coeco, before the merger, was less than satisfying. So it was a pleasant shock when I called and spoke to a very nice lady (Alexandria, I believe, was her name). She was very nice and helpful. Within 1 business day, a tech comes by and performs the most thorough cleaning of our scanner printer that I have ever witnessed. The past Tech would come in, spray a little air on the printer, and wipe the glass down. So this fellow (Daniel, I think his name was) exceeded my expectations. I mean, I came back from lunch, and he had what looked like the whole machine taken apart; it was just the trays. My boss and I asked him if the printer was ok and he said "Oh yes, I'm just giving it a thorough cleaning." he even oiled the gears. So, going forward, we will continue our service with your company, and I will be recommending you to the whole building and the Board of Directors. Thank you for the stellar service!

When I called in, I was expecting a long drawn out process. The lady who answered the phone was friendly and asked the specifics questions. Short and sweet. She let me know I'd receive an email and the tech would be dispatched. I was expecting to be without our scanner for a few days. When the tech David came in he came and introduced himself. Verified the issue we were happening. He looped me in on what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future. Which was super helpful. He wrapped up quickly and haven't had any issues since.
