Walter. He make me a fan. Your help desk people are great but I see Walter on a regular basis. He is always punctual, efficient, and very kind. I really appreciate that I can count on him. I told him, during his visit, that I was having issues with the counter(DCA) on my computer. He called the woman that I needed to speak to and I have already heard back from a gentleman who I will call as soon as I'm back in the office. Thank you!
