Friendly not pushy and always willing to explain and help with questions.

Very professional and proactive.

I called about printer and tech came out the same day he was nice and fast

Overall excellent and proactive with parts on hand to cut down on any waiting time.

TIM! Tim is awesome and always fixes the problem

The service and the fix was super quick.

Our Service Tech, Charlie, is great. He is very knowledgeable and keeps us informed on what is going on. He always gets us back up and running in no time!! Couldn't ask for better service with Charlie!

Please forgive me, I forget my technician's name, but we have built a good repour with one another and he is excellent in stopping by my office to tell me the outcome of our problem with the copier. He is always on time, after putting in a service call.

You send a technician quickly. When Charlie comes to repair our copiers, I know it will be done efficiently. He always knows how to correct a problem. He is pleasant to work with.

Ubeo does their best to makes things right.
