The technician arrived very quickly after I placed the call for service and he explained what was wrong with the printer. He fixed the issue and we were back in business. The teachers were extremely happy!

Technician cleaned the machine. He took away the passcode. He told us how clean our machine was and the was levels were good. The technician was friendly and courteous. He was willing to answer my questions.

We have been having trouble with our computers communicating with the printer for a VERY long time. They worked very hard WITH our external IT provider to figure out a head-scratching, impossible problem. AND, they didn't quit until the mystery was solved and the problem fixed!!!!

Our tech worked very cooperatively with our networking folks to be sure our newly installed printing devices were up and running prior to her leaving our site. There were no unexpected issues nor were there any moments that I was not confident in her ability to address our install.
