Communicating with our rep Susan is always a pleasure. She is quick to respond and always ready to jump in and assist. This is the second time we've had the pleasure of Israel being our technician. He's always happy to help and does a good job. Thanks to their efforts, and a quick call to their teammate, we got our copier back to 100% within about a day.

The service person was prompt, knowledgeable, polite and professional. He fixed the issues right away and was helpful in explaining further use of the copier.
