The service guys....Carlos and Jack are who I see the most....are always friendly and show up in a timely manner. They take good care of us!

Our salesperson is great (Tony R.). He makes sure we have everything we need, answers all of our questions and gets back to us immediately when we reach out to him.

Jack called and then arrived within the hour. The problem happened to have a simple fix which he explained to me. As always, he was courteous and left the workspace clean and neat.

I could not get my fax machine to scan from the top of the machine. I called in a service request. Carlos called to let me know he was two hours away and when he would arrive. He then called me back to give me an alternative way to scan so as not be inconvenienced. I really appreciate that Carlos went out of his way to help. Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for hiring great people as always.
