GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TIMELY.

The technician, Julius, called me back within 2 minutes of my original call. He said he would try to be there the same day, but didn't promise, which is nice because I don't like promises that can't be kept. He DID make it that day.

I love that each time Ryan comes out he cleans the printer when he finishes fixing or checking the issues. I enjoy Ryan's customer service and look forward to seeing him and your friendly team.
