I have had only positive experiences with both Frank and Julius over the years since RMC became contracted with LVMPD.

The technician Bill was so incredibly helpful. He worked diligently on a copier that had fallen three times and we thought couldn't be repaired. But...he did it and quickly too!

We have been incredibly fortunate to have the same technician, Julius, for nearly all of our service calls. He is always professional and takes care of the situation promptly, RMC is incredibly lucky to have him on their team.
