Kristopher solved the issue pretty fast; faster than my IT. His knowledge of systems and how the integrate with UBEO copiers is top shelf.

Our technician, Craig B. was an absolute delight. He made sure to train myself and my staff on multiple levels of cleaning the machine that we were unaware of, showed us areas that jams can happen without the machine knowing, and best practices of loading paper. I have used copiers like this for years and have never had this much helpful and detailed information shown to me to make sure I can troubleshoot issues on my own. He even showed us how to change the wallpaper, I had no idea you could do that. Every time I walk past the screen and see the new wallpaper, it makes me smile. It's the little things when working at a non-profit that really make your day, and that is one of them. We always have great service and help from UBEO, but this was on another level.

Tony was very punctual and assisted us above and beyond just the repair. Ensures that future needs were met and parts ordered ahead of time.
