We have our technician DON available at all times via text and he is a brilliant asset to UBEO, previous company as well for past five years. Don is highly skilled and perfect with his diagnostic abilities to quickly recognize the machine issues no matter if it is our 12-year old giant plotter or the copy machines. he is great.

The tech was communicative and arrived at the time he said he was going to arrive. Our printer is working great and im so glad they were able to come out for the repair it needed.

The service technician, Jose Mendez, is always professional and friendly. He gets the job done and informs us on all fixes.
