Jeff is probably one of the best service technicians we have ever had! He really knows the equipment and is good about explaining what was wrong without going into too much detail, but making us understand. He always solves whatever problem we have!!!

We need more than just break-fix services. Implementing a maintenance schedule and having someone identify ongoing copier issues, with follow-up beyond ticket closure, would be beneficial.
