Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and service techs. Any issue is solved quickly, and issues are rare.

The tech called before coming out to let us know when he would be out. He showed up in a timely manner and fixed the problem quickly. He then made sure to check our other printers for correct settings and efficiency.

Reporting our issue was quick and easy. The person on the phone was friendly and helpful. I was happy to see that the technician who came here to address the problem was someone who has worked on our printers for several years now. I didn't receive a call from the technician prior to his arrival, but I had been away from my desk for a while so I may have missed his call. This isn't an issue. I'm pleased with the service.
