One phone call to UBEO Service got the ball rolling and a service tech called the same day. Tech arrived the next morning on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and complete needed repairs. James also offered advice on maintaining machine and since I had to make copies that day, left me detailed instructions on how to begin a firmware update when I closed down the office, so I wouldn't have to wait on it updating.
