We have been with UBEO for years and every time I call with a problem, they are at our office either that day or early the next day. It is so easy to schedule maintenance and the maintenance technicians are great. They get here when they say they are coming and they leave the copy area usually cleaner than it was when they got here. If a part has to be ordered, they keep me updated on the status of the order. They are just all around great to work with.
