Everyone is nice from the person answering the phone to the technician.

I haven't used it much but when I have the response has been quick and thorough- totally opposite of our previous copier company. Your technicians are friendly and helpful. They show me the parts they've replaced, explain why they've replaced them and have reassured me that so far, none of the problems we've had are my fault :-)

Fred was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. It was very. It was very nice to meet him; he clearly loves his job and it shows.
