UBEO was exceptional on this service call. I called regarding an issue we were having with our machine, and was immediately assigned a tech who was here and had our issue resolved within an hour of the initial call for service.

Luis is very knowledgeable about the machines. Also he is always friendly and courteous.

Michael was on site within few hours of the service, and he knew what needed to do and with a half an hour the was done. He did a test print to ensure that the issue was resolved. He was very courteous and knowledgably.

Fred is aways very kind and helpful.
