I have never received bad service. This was actually the first time our copier needed a new part (a roller). Technician (Chris) new immediately what the problem was. Fixed it in a timely manner and was very courteous.

The quick response of the service technician from the time the call for service was placed.

You guys are so quick to get to us compared to your competitor. Even the call for service experience is more pleasant. Your technicians are so professional and kind even when the problem was CLEARLY operator error.

I have had this error code before and typically it is troubleshot over the phone. The fact that I had a live technician was great. I can't fault her for not contacting me because our internet was down and our phones are run through the internet so had she tried calling I wouldn't have known. She did however know exactly this issue and had it fixed withing15-20 minutes.

The technician explained everything clearly and fixed the problem much sooner than expected.
