Every time we call with an issue, we always get great service from the call I put in, they get here the 1st day, if not by the next day. Very professional when you speak to them, when the tech arrives I show them to the printer that needs fixing and what's wrong with it and when they are done, they let me know if it's fixed or if parts need to be ordered and a time frame they might be back to fix it.
