THE TECHNICIAN DIDN'T CALL ME BUT I HAD CALLED INTO THE HELP DESK LATE IN THE WORK DAY AND WE WENT HOME. THE FOLLOWING MORNING I HAD AN EMAIL FROM THE TECH AND, HE WAS AT OUR BUSINESS FIRST THING THAT MORNING MORNING. THE SERVICE IS UNBEATABLE. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.
