The service I have received has been on. Point every single time we call you out. The service was excellent when we order more equipment.

The issue I was experiencing with the printer, was causing a slow down in our work flow. The time it took from when I put in for a service call to the time the issue was resolved was very fast. The technician was nice, and explained everything about the issue. The technician even saw that there was a part that would have stopped working in the not to far future and fixed it to ensure that we did not have to wait for that issue to be an actual issue.
