OUR MACHINE IS NEW SO WE SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES. HE TOOK HIS TIME LOOKING AT THE MACHINE AND FIGURED OUT WHAT WAS POSSIBLY CAUSING THE ISSUE. HE HAD US TRY THE MACHINE SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE CONCLUDING HIS SERVICE CALL. EXPLAINED TO US WHAT THE ISSUE MAY HAVE BEEN.
