Customer Service is very helpful. Submitting a repair ticket is easy and quick. We love working with Danny. He has been one of our technicians for many years and is a keeper. Overall, the three equipment we have in our office is dependable and efficient. I am sure we are not using all of the features due to the nature of our work, but we are very happy with the copiers.

Our office scanner and copier stopped working, so I called for assistance. Less than an hour later, a technician arrived to take a look. He quickly resolved the issue and even took the time to clean the printer for us.
