The Help Desk team responded promptly, are always courteous and professional, and demonstrate excellent knowledge in resolving issues quickly and effectively. The technician was very efficient in resolving the issue and answered my questions about how to troubleshoot the issue.

We've been with you for over 12 years now. This is our second service call this year — a piece of paper got jammed inside the paper drawer, in a spot we couldn't reach ourselves. We called, and a technician arrived and resolved the issue in under 20 minutes. Our machine was back up and running just that fast. That kind of quick, reliable response is exactly why we keep coming back.
