All of the Service Technician are very friendly and respectful. They work fast and don't mine answering any questions about the copiers.

John is always very friendly and helpful. The only reason I put down that he didn't check out with me when he was done is I was not at my desk. Not his fault. The printer worked when he fixed it the first time but went out again when I attempted to print. He said it needed a part and fixed it once the part was received.
