We have a long history with their staff. I phoned for service actually was for three different issues with the copier. The serviceman, Vic, phoned before arriving as usual to see what the issue was. In this case, he was able to walk me thru the steps to correct all three issues over the phone. We have always had good experiences with their team!!

Yesterday was the 1st time I called with a technical question and I appreciated the quick response.

First, he tried remotely, and while that is appreciated and might work for some, we do not allow remote access to take control of our servers and computers. This was no problem for him, and he drove straight to my location. My machine was throwing error after error, but it has completely stopped once my tech left. Not only did he fix it, he noticed my toner was low, replaced it for me right then and there, and then he ordered me a new one that arrived 2 days later. I would give him 100 stars if I could. Job well done, and such a fun personality to have in the office. Thank you!
