Pao, our technician was very knowledgeable and also took the time to walk me through the troubleshooting process for future paper jam issues. He went over a beyond to make sure a toner container had been shipped and also tried to have a toner wasted container ordered. I appreciated all of his help and he came so quickly to help resolve our problem.
