Bill M. is an excellent service technician. He has taught me a bit about our Ricoh copier so that sometimes I can resolve an issue myself. Bill always makes sure our machine is up and running properly or that we have the right parts on order to get things finished quickly. He's always been a pleasure to have service the equipment and he's an even better human being. I also want to give kudos to Mr. Jeff G. When I reached out to him about a possible upgrade to our machine, he provided the information quickly and matched us up with a copier that while slightly more expensive, is going to save us on some print overages and will be a better more efficient machine.
