UBEO has been servicing our Sabre site for years. UBEO provide A-1 service to us and we really love it.

The repair/service tech is always so friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciate that he is always able to answer my sometime crazy and confusing questions. I very much appreciate as well that he always asks if there is anything else that he can do for us, and that he takes the time to clean the machine each and every time he comes to our office.

Never have any issues with Stephen. He always gets us up and running.

I was contacted by the technician I believe 30 minutes after I put in the request. He offered to take a look at the copier instead of having me troubleshoot. He was very attentive when he was here, and I could tell he was very thorough and took his time. He even talked to me and explained possible issues with my copier. In the end I was very satisfied with his work and overall friendliness.
