Carlos was our technician, and he was awesome! He called ahead to confirm his ETA and was very personable and professional. We had a minor issue, but Carlos was very knowledgeable and not only fixed the problem but also took the time to teach us how to correct it ourselves if it happens again. He had a great sense of humor and kept all of us laughing. Even though we had an issue, we truly enjoyed having him here. We highly recommend UBEO and Carlos!
